I came here with my wife on a Wednesday night without any prior knowledge of the place or what to expect. It was fairly quiet with minimalist decor inside, but this was perfect for us. It had a very calm and relaxed atmosphere and ideal for couples and groups. The main guy was a perfect host, not too intrusive but fully attentive. But the star of the evening was the food... All of it!! Starters - White bait, calamari, mozzarella and potato balls were all served quickly and piping hot and were delicious. Main - Salmon and veg, very nice. And the Lamb Shank was superb, quite possibly one of the best I've ever had. Tender, moist and falling off the bone with creamy mash and a delectable mint sauce. Would definitely order this again and again. Dessert - the tiramisu was awesome as was the pannacotta dish. All of the above for £19 per head is more than a bargain and we will be sure to visit again. Belissimo!!

We went to Cinquanta for the first time on Saturday. Having read the reviews I had high expectations and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, staff were attentive and very helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Visited after a recommendation and I was very impressed. The restaurant has a fairly plain interior. I chose prawns and lamb. Both were superb. The staff were very pleasant and the cost given the standard of food was very reasonable. I had a thoroughly enjoyable time and I would highly recommend this restaurant, its well worth a visit.
